OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS GRANTS THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS
TOOLING DESIGN
ISAM design and check the mould for each manufactured part. ISAM brand is visible on each mould, together with the part number and the calendar showing the month of production of the item.



RAW MATERIALS
ISAM employ high quality certified polypropylene. Our products are tested against the impact effect and grant a perfect paintability.



MOULDING
ISAM manufacture the whole range of products inside their plants with their own moulds. ISAM utilize new generation injection moulding machines in all sizes and having the necessary power.
The operator applies on the inside of each part his own identifier to grant the traceability of the piece.






PRIMER
The priming process of our bumpers takes place in a new generation painting plant part of ISAM production site. Primer is a gripping coating that allows the further painting of the bumper in the color of the body of the car.
To obtain an high quality priming process ISAM follows 3 steps:
• FLAME-HARDENING PROCESS to clean the plastic and open the porosity to prepare the bumper to the priming process.
• APPLICATION Bi- component water- based primer APPLICATION in adequate thickness and homogeneously.
• DRYING in an oven at an appropriate temperature and as long as required.




FITTING
PDC – PARK ASSIST
Over the years ISAM has developed a technology able to produce bumpers with holes for PDC assembly.
These bumpers already have the support for PDC welded on the inside.
