CERTIFIED QUALITY
The key elements for a spare bumper to be considered a matching quality part are three:
- PERFECT FITTING
- QUALITY PRIMER
- IMPACT RESISTANCE
The three elements are always present on our bumpers, manufactured by ISAM in Italy and TÜV SÜD certified.
FITTING TESTS
Before a bumper is introduced on the market, ISAM verifies the perfect fitting on a never damaged car. ISAM bumper is fitted in perfect alignment with the other components and the fitting times are the same as the original spare ones.
PRIMER
The priming process of our bumpers takes place in a new generation painting plant part of ISAM production site. Primer is a gripping coating that allows the further painting of the bumper in the color of the body of the car.
To check the priming process quality ISAM carries out the chequering and adhesive tape random tests in order to verify the adhesion of the primer on the bumper. No traces of detached primer should appear on the surface of the tape when removed.
QP PRIMER OUTSIDE LABEL
Outside of each primed bumper a QUALITY PRIMER label is applied.
PRIMER INSIDE LABEL
On the inside of each primed bumper a label with ISAM logo and priming date is applied.
PRIMER TAPE
Each primed bumper packaging is sealed by ISAM PRIMER orange adhesive tape.
A leaflet printed in 18 languages with the instructions for the body repairer how to prepare the bumper for the final painting is supplied together with each most popular reference.

IMPACT RESISTANCE
ISAM utilizes quality raw materials to grant to their matching quality bumpers the same impact resistance as the O.E. ones.
STORAGE
ISAM pay the utmost care in stocking their bumpers to avoid deformations from the production up to the storing in our main warehouse.
Our distributors pay the maximum care in the storage of the ISAM products.
TRACEABILITY OF THE MATCHING QUALITY SPARE PRODUCED BY ISAM
ISAM items are identifiables and traceables. On the inside of each item produced by ISAM, in a position suitable to prevent any deformation, is placed the following mention. As the points are marked into the mould, therefore non- erasable, only the last one shows the month of production of the item.
